| 1. The contract |
The products on our website are subject to alteration. A contract is entered into
only once payment for goods has been made. VAT is included in the prices. | |
2. Delivery proviso |
We deliver under the proviso that the ordered goods are in stock. If this is not the
case we will notify you immediately and let you know the estimated delivery date.
You can then decide whether you want to wait or choose another product or cancel
your order.

3. Delivery |
We deliver by post within 3-4 working days to the stated delivery address.
Please check your goods on receipt. If they are damaged and the content has
been affected, please return the whole package immediately.
Please remember that customs charges may be incurred for deliveries outside the
EU.

4. Returns and exchanges |
Our returns and exchanges policy is generous. If you do not like the order, you
can return it within 14 days without giving any reasons and we will reimburse the
purchasing price.
If your goods arrive damaged or faulty, please let us know within 14 days. In case of
damage, please return the packaging as well as the goods. You will then receive a
new delivery or your money and P&P back.

5. Warranty |
Our warranty ends 2 years after receipt of goods. The warranty does not cover damage
inflicted through neutral wear and tear, incorrect use, or incorrect or lacking care.

All your personal data are treated confidentially. We store the data required for the
purchasing contract and will pass those on only to third parties involved in the ordering
process. We might use your data for our own marketing and advertising purposes. You
may access your data at any time or delete them.

encrypted before they reach us and we store them using a coding system.
